“Supporting our many kids from single-parent homes. I have the privilege to observe BGCB staff weave into the family unit by providing – homework help every day, hot, nutritious meals and snacks, mentors to help kids navigate the hurdles and challenges
they face each day. It is so meaningful to me, especially because I grew up in a single-parent household and realize first-hand what a difference it can make. I truly appreciate the folks who work in the Clubs, and I personify with the families we serve”. – Shari
