Tracey Karp-Theal

Tracey has served as Executive Director for Boys & Girls Clubs of Elma, Marilla and Wales since 1991. I have had the honor to spend my days working and advocating for kids across the EMW community, especially those who most need the guidance, opportunities and care local Boys & Girls Clubs provide. As a mother, Tracey feels a responsibility to do everything she can to provide every child with a level playing field, to pursue a successful future. We proudly tailor our programs to meet the interests and developmental needs of young people ages 6 to 18.
